Flexible PVC Features: Flexible PVC tiles are flexible, quiet, softer and have a stylish textured finish and liquid resistant seams. Flexible PVC tiles very suitable for Offices, Showrooms, Medical Practices, Manufacturing, Schools, Dog Boarding Homes, Warehousing, Gyms and more. However they cost more to manufacture than Polypropylene tiles which is why the price is higher. They are suitable for garages. However they can 'be stained' by a material in certian tires unless the color is Black. Please read: Tire Stains

Features: Polypropylene tiles cost less to manufacture than Flexible PVC. These tiles are rigid, hard and may may make noise when walked on since you may hear the tile deflect and tap the floor underneath. Also the tile seams are not liquid seepage resistant. Polypropylene tiles are very resistant to chemicals and DO NOT become stained by certain tires, therefore have an advantage over Flexible PVC tiles in Garages and Auto Showrooms etc. Polypropylene tiles are suitable for: Garages, Auto Showrooms and Misc Work Areas. Liquid Resistance: Polypropylene tiles do not have tight seams and liquid can flow through the seams to the floor underneath. This can be a problem with spilled milk or dog urine etc. Tiles within a boundary of other tiles can be removed or replaced by using a 'Putty Knife' as a tool to slide into the interlocks to unlatch.

Flexible PVC Roll Flooring
BLT Roll Flooring	$1.45 to $2.95	Thicknesses from 0.055" to 0.095"
Features: Roll flooring is made by BLT [Better Life Technology]. The advantage of BLT products is that they offer the lowest cost for covering garage, work areas and similar type floors and it is easy to install and clean. However being made from Flexible PVC and when used for garage or automobile flooring, it can 'be stained' by a material in certain tires unless the color is black. Please read: Tire Stains.
